When we picked up our new DA in late November and brought it home (600 miles) in cold weather (20 degrees), our dealer told us to keep the furnace on while travelling. It worked great and we had a lovely warm home waiting for us at the end of our day.
We needed to use our DA for extra sleeping over Christmas, and I was SO impressed how quickly the furnace warmed the DA. I have several friends with SOBs that complain that it takes ages to warm up their units when you start from cold. The insulation works great. We can't wait to try it out in some hotter weather to see if it stays cooler as well. Soon.
