I have heard and read many people who say that there should never be any problems with anything, that pride and craftsmanship are missing today, and that "no one cares anymore."  That might be true of other manufacturers.  I can attest to the fact that it is true of two others whose trailers/5th wheels I have owned.  It is not true of NUWA.  Yes, one may have problems with a unit they have built, but they will do anything and everything to correct those problems, and they will do it without making the owner feel as though he might be the problem.  They are a class organization, and if I were to offer kudos to anyone working there, it would be to everyone working there.  I am continually amazed and impressed by the quality of this company and its people.  This might be a little "over the top' in its praise, but I really do feel this way after owning two of NUWA's units.
