Dear Mike Mitchell:
Today I contacted your service department for the first time. Congratulations on a terrific group of folks.
I was referred to Mr. Terry Stoll. I explained my questions to him and he responded in a very efficient and open manner, but in language that anyone can understand and grasp. I am a relatively new member of your companies customers and own a used unit. I have nothing but good to say about your product and the quality it demonstrates. Thank you for staying with quality over weight and price.
All that being stated I would really like to express to you just how much I appreciated speaking with Terry and being treated in every way with respect, thoughtfulness, honesty and most of all a human being. I have found in many dealings with companies that they tend to forget we are people too and not just a dollar sign. Terry took the time from what I am
certain is a busy schedule to help me with some relatively simple questions about my unit and it's care. He never made me feel rushed or unimportant, quite the opposite actually, even though he was not selling me anything but advice.
This is rare in our world anymore. I just wanted to let you know I believe you have a very valuable employee and a good human being in Terry, although I am sure you are aware of this already. I felt like I made a new friend even though we may never talk again.
Thank you for taking the time to read my comments.
