The following testimonial from a potential customer touring the factory gives evidence of the impact of taking the tour and this persons impressions of what he saw. Those RV'ers, who see first hand the difference of NuWa's construction process and service culture, begin to understand why NuWa is in fact different than most RV companies. --Mike
We just got back from a great day trip to Chanute. We were part of a good size group that Mike tour-guided around the plant this morning. Between Mike and Orville we got all our questions answered and got to see everything we wanted to see including a brand spankin' new 38CKQG being prepared for delivery............WOW!! Thanks to Mike, Orville and all the NuWa folks for letting us poke around in the way while you were all trying to get your work done. If we had any remaining doubts about whether a HitchHiker was the trailer we wanted, they are gone now.
When I emailed this customer for permisson to use his post in our Testimonials section, he added the following additional comments... --Mike
The workmanship, attention to detail and fit and finish I saw today was impeccable. I was impressed with the manufacturing innovations you use on the wall assemblies in affect "unitizing" all the wall components for strength, durability and insulating value.
