The workmanship demonstrated was awesome
I just wanted to thank you for helping arrange an appointment with NuWa's service department and express our appreciation to their people for the way our slide leak was repaired.  The workmanship demonstrated was awesome.  It was kind of like they knew where the leak was before looking.  Probably not a first time for a complaint of that nature.  I must tell you, Sheryl and I were  a bit skeptical about what might take place as far as reaching an agreement to our satisfaction.  Those doubts were quickly put aside when they explained why the leak occurred.  I'm sorry, but I can't remember the name of the fellow who did this repair, but he remembered this trailer when worked over on the production line.  He told me that he installed the bed in it.  When I asked him how long he worked for NU Way, I think he said nearly 28 years in production and going on 2 years in the service department.  Very meticulous and thorough in his work.  You can tell that he cares about his work!

The problem with the Big Foot jacks turned out to be more serious than I imagined, yet simple enough in nature.  It seems that a washer was omitted in the assembly of the cutout switch located on both rear jacks, thus allowing the rod that is lifted when the base pad contacts it to break the electrical circuit to stop the pump motor.  In this case the rod pushed too far and damaged the cancel switch.  It is a mystery to me why it took so long for this failure to show up.  Even the technician, (I think his name is Jerry), was a bit awed by the fact.  He figured the problem out very quickly and repaired it in short order!

I also want thank Daryl Dennis for getting our trailer into service in a prompt manner.  I don't care if it is hole in your tent or your camper,or your house; it is an emergency when it is raining.  Thank you Daryl!

I learned a lot and it suddenly made me realize a little more of what kind of talent is assembled at this facility.  We hope to visit again some day and would very much like to go on their conducted tour of the assembly plant.
