HitchHiker is worth the price
Hello Mike:

It was good to visit by telephone with you today regarding my gratitude for your intervention in resolving the replacement door problem on my HH II LS.  We do now have the correct door installed and my unit looks about as good as the day I took delivery five years ago.

My wife and I invested almost one year in deciding which type of RV would best suit our needs.  We chose the HitchHiker after reviewing stats, visiting online forums, visiting dealers, even talking to your senior engineer who kindly sent me diagrams and answered a lot of questions.  Our informed decision was that the Hitchhiker was worth the higher price because of the company that produced it.

This was confirmed by our use and enjoyment of the unit and by an experience with your company's demonstration of support for your product when our unit suffered a breakdown on a trip to New England (broken axle hangers).  Although the unit had recently come out of warranty, your company stood behind your product.  I posted this experience on a user forum as evidence of NuWa's commitment to quality products and to customers. 

Your intervention in the door problem leads me to reiterate my belief that the higher price for the HitchHiker was an intelligent commitment of resources on my part.  You do not just buy an RV; you are buying into the company that should stand behind that RV.

So, as I expressed over the telephone, I wanted to thank you directly for working out the problem I had with getting the correct door.  Your personal involvement turned what had been a pretty negative experience into a good ending.
