Dear Mr. Keppel:

We have now been living in our 37CKRD for almost a month and a half here in Newport, Oregon, and we want you and all your employees to know that not only do we love our 5th wheel, but we had the best buying experience we've ever had anywhere at your facility.

Everyone who has seen our rig has had a "WOW!" reaction, as did we, because of the exceptional quality, livability, and home-like layout, which is "far more spacious" than our neighbor's new 42 foot motorhome... and that comment is from them!  There is not a thing we would change or add, as the package you sold us was exactly what we wanted.

Like most people, we had some angst over the prospect of purchasing a 5th wheel, having had a motorhome for over ten years.  The first concern was over the "what's it gonna take to get you to buy today" approach many dealers use.  Never once did we feel that kind of pressure form anyone we encountered at the 5th Wheel Place, nor were there any "hand offs" in which the heat is progressively turned up by several individuals.  Rather, what we found were genuinely helpful and informative folks who were very patient as we came back several times before deciding on the fantastic rig we have now.

And, how about NuWa?  On site here we had a couple of "how to do" questions, and called the factory.  Much to our surprise, we were immediately connected to a technician who provided the information we needed.

So, from start to finish, our purchase of a quality RV was a genuinely positive experience, and we thank the 5th Wheel Place and NuWa for that.
