On 9-14-09 I contacted NuWa about a leak I have in my slide room. I received a phone call on 9-15-09 from James B. concerning my issue.

I must say I did not expect this quick of a response or for someone to call
and go over all the possibilities that could be causing my leak. He gave me
several possible solutions which I will check out. I just want to say there
are not many manufacturers of RVs that would take the time James took, or for that matter, even respond.

At my age this is most likely my last RV, but if for some reason I should ever buy another one, it would have to be a HitchHicker. You people are fantastic and again thanks for the help and thanks to James.

I always put in a good word for your products, as I have owned two of them and find they are superior to many that are much more expensive.

Keep up the good work and again thanks to all.
