Customer Email regarding customer service and positive experience during the ordering process

Russ,  I already replied to this email and I also responded to your helpful information on the NuWA Owners forum concerning HD brakes, 7000 lb axles, etc.  But now that we've ordered our HH I want to impress upon you how
grateful we are for the customer service and our positive experience to date.

NuWa's website is extraordinary in content, form, and function.  If I had to choose one thing over any other that contributed most in our decision to go with a NuWa product, it would be your website.  Pam and I have been
seriously "shopping" for our next (and maybe last) "home" on wheels for months now.  We've gone to shows, gone to various dealers, one as far away as three hours drive, and of course perused the internet.  And, we were on a
first name basis with our local HH dealer months ago.  But we always found ourselves back in front of the computer on the NuWa website, comparing floorplans, listing desired options, watching Ed Cox videos over and over
again.

Another contributing factor was the NuWa Owners Forum and your's and Mike's attentiveness to it and your positive contributions to it.  What a wealth of information can be had there!  Wow!  And what a loyal group of great people!
I'm pleased to be included there now!

Pam and I might be somewhat unique in that we've started our fulltiming experience five or six years before we're to retire.  We didn't have to do this but wanted to.  We're kinda getting a jump on things.  Our test for
ourselves has been five months of living in our "camping" trailer, a Fleetwood Pegasus 245CKS fifth wheel.  Its been "cozy" to say the least with ourselves and two small dogs, but now we know we can do it!  Until we do retire, the new HH may sit in one place for months on end, but that's okay! There will come the day that we pull out and not return for months on end, and the way time flies at my age, that day is just around the corner!

Did I overhear the dealer people say that you're going to be out our way (Eugene, OR)?  If so, I'd like the opportunity to shake your hand!  It might be a few years before we might pull into Chanute!

Anyway Russ, again, my heartfelt thanks!

Mike and Pam H.
