Clean 1990's vintage models to late model used units are coming in and going out weekly.  The phrase "No Surprises" to us means you can trust that the used unit has been inspected and tested by experienced staff, who know the HitchHiker product inside and out.  Our service department knows what to look for, and they have access to a huge parts inventory for older HitchHikers. 

NuWa's philosophy for used units is that we will do our best to identify any major issue needing attention, and will either fix it or make the potential buyer aware of it, if we are aware of it.  NuWa doesn't warranty used units (we sell extended service contracts) and can't certify condition or performance.  But you can take comfort that NuWa has inspected the glide room(s) and structural integrity, has operated all appliances, tested all utility systems for acceptable performance, and checked brakes and bearings.  Compared to buying from an individual or a consignment store, we think this comfort adds significant value to your used unit purchase experience. 

Our "mature" trailers are known for durability and long life expectancy, and thus NuWa and our dealers are comfortable taking them on trade.  At NuWa, we want our used unit customers to have the same exceptional buying and "No Surprises" ownership experience as our new unit buyers.  This greatly increases value for the buyer, and gives us one more ambassador for NuWa and our products.
