As of July 1st, 2009 the service department and the parts department have moved from the "old" South Plant location to the main NuWa production facility located at the entrance to Chanute's Industrial Park.  

All NuWa functions are now housed at the main facility to allow more efficient delivery of all aspects of service to our customers. For those who come to the factory without their trailer, simply park in the parking lot on the North side of the offices as always, and enter the office for assistance or tours.  There is also ample room to park trailers in the graveled North parking lot, when visiting the office for tours, information or parts assistance.  

For those who arrive at the factory for a service appointment with their trailer, we suggest the trailer be parked in the graveled area on the South side of the building, which is the second entrance from the street.  Enter the South side of the building and ask service staff for assistance.  The parts department is in the process of designing and stocking the new parts store and exact office locations are not yet decided, thus the office or service personnel can guide visitors to the parts staff.
