NuWa Industries Once Again Receives the Prestigious DSI Award:

For the last 14 years the RVDA has recognized the top manufacturers in the industry with the DSI award (Dealer Satisfaction Index).  NuWa Industries has once again received this prestigious award.  The RVDA asked dealers to express their level of satisfaction with their manufacturers, confidentially, through the DSI.  This report identifies manufactures rated in the top 50 percent in each category.  The DSI is a tool to help improve dealer/manufacturer relations by identifying how dealers perceive the strengths and weaknesses of their manufacturers.  It measures dealer attitudes toward their manufactures' products, policies, and procedures.  The DSI survey asks the dealer to list those manufactures for whom he or she sells product and rate them in the following categories: Sales, Product, Management, and Service/Warranty/Support.  NuWa Industries has received this illustrious award the past four years and has received it a total of seven times in the past 14 years.  There is something to be said for Service after the Sale, and NuWa Industries has once again achieved this award
