NuWa will in fact begin to allow factory direct purchases beginning with 2010 models (and remaining 2008/2009 models still at the factory as of June 1, 2009.) NuWa will also offer a selection of used HitchHiker's and hitch installation. Local truck dealers will also be asked to provide special pricing on tow vehicles. Dealer factory outlets will still exist, and NuWa will continue to support these dealers and their customers. We urge those customers, who are near a HitchHiker dealer or who have a relationship with a HitchHiker dealer, to give them every chance to earn your future business. We are not trying to take customers from our good dealers. NuWa will compete with dealer factory outlets based on service and not on price, as No Haggle/Near Wholesale prices established by the factory will be the same at all outlets, including the factory outlet.
Most NuWa dealers are just as capable as NuWa in meeting customer needs. That said, some transient full timers prefer a primary relationship with the factory, which in the future may include factory purchase as well as service. Due to the economic downturn, many market areas will not have local HitchHker representation, and factory direct sales is now one more option for customers in these market areas. Whether you purchase from one of our dealers or from the factory, the support NuWa provides will be the same. And the No Haggle/Near Wholesale Price marketing concept is expected to provide rock bottom pricing wherever you choose to purchase.
Here is a list of NuWa Dealer Factory Outlets.
