Service and warranty parts are available to your local NuWa dealer or an independent service center when appropriate. You or a staff member of those entities can communicate your needs by phone or email.
Factory service and parts are available for our many HitchHiker owners, although service typically requires an appointment and a significant lead time. We do attempt to accommodate anyone with an emergency issue, however certain seasons are very busy. Many customers with major repair needs have learned that leaving their trailer at NuWa through some of the winter months will allow our staff to work it in when weather causes someone else to have to cancel their appointment. Many customers have come to rely on NuWa’s exceptional reputation for reliable and affordable service, and we hope to expand this department. The parts department is also available through the website at the above link. Most are surprised at the inventory of parts maintained for “mature” HitchHikers.
The service department is available to answer your questions about a component or system operation or provide guidance and parts for the "do it yourselfers". Our experienced staff recognizes the value to you of their knowledge and will gladly share this with you. Email is often a great way to avoid the "phone tag" problem of busy staff members, if you can afford 24 hours for response. The service department can assist you in contacting a supplier vendor for a component warranty or question, when NuWa is not able to provide the information or decision. As well, the contact information is posted on the NuWa website.
So often we find that what appears to be a major problem for a NuWa forum member becomes a minor repair once he explains his situation to other forum members and they respond with their experiences and advice. So in addition to using NuWa’s service department for assistance of all types, don’t hesitate to join the independent NuWa Owners forum www.nuwaowners.org and let them help you overcome some of those issues that may not be as serious as first thought.
