If I purchase from the factory, how does the process happen?
There are lots of possibilities here.  The best suggestion is to make contact with Ed Cox, Orville Breiner, or Shawn Steffen in the NuWa sales department. They are instructed to meet your needs before they sell you anything.  You might begin a communication by email or a phone call.  You might even order a trailer without visiting the factory.  Or you might take a factory tour, see a trailer on the display floor that is perfect for you, and decide to buy it.  Orv, Ed, and Shawn will do what you request to meet your needs, including arranging of competitive financing, extended warranties, coordinating hitch installation, or even helping you buy a truck in Chanute.

The City of Chanute operates a campground only moments from NuWa.  The first 48 hours are free (more info at bottom of page).  Whether you stay there while completing the purchase process or have us park your new unit next to your trade, so you can transfer from one trailer to the next, the campground and park is very handy for our customers.  You may order your trailer and later use the park when coming to pick it up.  Or you may use it while doing research on a new unit purchase decision.  Certainly our service customers use the park when traveling from North to South during the seasonal "pilgrimages".  During inclement weather it is not uncommon for NuWa to bring your new unit and trade-in unit into the factory, so you can leisurely transfer your belongings.

Chanute is a small friendly town, and is appreciative of the folks who visit NuWa and spread some of their dollars around the town while visiting.  You will be welcomed not only at the factory, but at the RV park and businesses in the community, who appreciate your gas and grocery business.
