If the dealer you describe is in the protected territory of one of our "stocking" dealers, the answer will always be no, unless the stocking dealer gives approval.
NuWa Industries only sells it’s products to authorized and contracted NuWa dealers. If there is a "good" dealership or even a service center in an area where we don’t have representation and you want them to be the delivering and/or servicing dealer or representative for your trailer, we can probably arrange that. Once such a relationship is established, NuWa offers a referral fee to dealers and or service centers, who guide customers to NuWa for purchase of a trailer. As well, often once dealers see and experience the quality of a NuWa product, they become interested in a dealer relationship with the factory. In the first scenario described above, the retail customer actually purchases from the factory and all paperwork is handled between the customer and the factory. The trailer can be delivered and warranted by the servicing dealer or by NuWa as desired by the customer. The dealer or service center is treated as a NuWa dealer for purposes of warranty support or purchase of parts and hopefully becomes one of our "go to" service locations for all HitchHiker owners. We believe this practice helps customers, who are not in a protected NuWa dealer's territory, retain a relationship with a local dealer or service center and in some cases a NuWa dealer will honor the same request to help a customer retain a local service relationship.
