Can I bring my HitchHiker to the factory for service?
Yes, you can.  NuWa has provided factory service for many years as support for dealer efforts to meet the service expectations of customers.  Chanute, Kansas is in the center of the United States.  Whether it be because of convenience for Winter Snowbirds traveling to or from their homes in the North, or customers who are near the factory on their vacation trips, the factory service center is available for warranty or "customer pay" service for those major repairs that happen because of accidents, storms or trailer age.  

Our inventory of parts for older NuWa trailers is famous, and there is a free (first 2 days free) RV park very close to the NuWa factory.  The only thing we ask is that you call our toll free number well in advance for an appointment.  We do our best to accommodate everyone, but so often the backlog is such that advance notice is a must.  For service advice and questions you may call our toll free number, however emailing your question will result in a quick response as well.
